Ducts and dryer vents

Dust and allergens collect in the HVAC run, and lint collects in the dryer vent. Both are inspected and cleared so the system moves air the way it was built to.

Questions that come up before the first visit

Drying time, furniture, payment and the towns on the route. If your question is not here, the office answers the phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.

Usually 12 to 24 hours. Airflow helps: run the HVAC fan or a ceiling fan, and keep heavy traffic off the wet areas until they are dry to the touch.

Please do not move china cabinets, large furniture or electronics yourself. Pick up small items and anything on the floor, and the technician sets furniture back on styrofoam blocks or plastic tabs so nothing marks the damp carpet.

Rugs come back to the warehouse. Each one is tagged, measured and photographed, dusted with compressed air, washed in a submersion bath, rinsed, and dried in a controlled drying room before the fringe is hand-combed and the rug is wrapped for re-delivery.

Prices are not published because every home is different. The technician walks the rooms with you first, and the work order confirms extra areas such as hallways, stairs or a basement over 200 square feet before any cleaning starts.

All major credit and debit cards, checks and cash. The technicians carry card readers on the truck, and the invoice arrives by email with before-and-after photos.
